RAS Gymnastics

Class fees can be paid every half term or full term. A invoice will be sent to you 3 weeks before the fee due date. you will have 2 weeks to pay fess if you do not pay in time you risk losing your child's place in class. This only applies to parents of gym club not ASC OR BSC's. Please do always communicate if you are having financial difficulty and we will try and create a payment plan, this is at the discretions of club owner. You can pay Cash or bank transfer. We will give you a unique reference if you pay via bank transfer. Any classes that are missed are non refundable, unfortunately due to coach and gymnast ratios 'catch up' classes are not possible. When you enrol you will be asked to give All your data will be stored correctly under the data protection act 2018. RAS Gymnastics would like to make it clear that Age restrictions will be strictly enforced with no exceptions and club only allows 4+ year olds.

• Children cannot be more then 10 minutes late for a class, if so they will be refused entry
• Parents must pick up children on time. If you are late more then 10 minutes a late fee will be added. £5 for every 10 minutes
• Parents are not permitted into the hall unless you have been granted access by a coach. No adults or children who do not attend the club can come in and use the toilets. 
• We do not tolerate any aggressive behaviour towards any of our staff or students. Pupils space can be revoked.
• No refunds are granted only exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of owner.
• if Child travels home by themselves we will need it in writing and dates confirmed.
• If you do not plan on returning the following term, please let us know 3 week prior to end of term via email.

• All students with hair longer then their shoulder must have it tied up
• No socks or shoes allowed while doing gymnastics unless they have a foot infection such as a athletes feet etc. if so please bring gripped socks.
• Children are not allowed to wear clothes that have zips, buttons or buckles. No jeans, shirts or hoodies. Children must wear shorts, legging, t-shirt or leotard.
• No jewellery allowed except stud earrings. If students wear jewellery for religious reasons a wavier will have to be signed.
• We do not tolerate bullying, racism or any physical abuse if a student is caught their membership will be revoked.
• Children must let a coach know if they have injured themselves so we can provide first aid.
• and our main rule is too HAVE FUN!
